Dev Log 16 - Spellcheck

V0.0.16 is out for the Patreons, Public release will be in ~2 weeks, 2nd of July

Overall changes
-90% of all text has been proofread and updated.
-New languages including German, Spanish and Simplified Chinese. These are all done via machine translation, the only exception is Spanish which is starting to be translated properly.
-Following the previous build, everything has moved to being in “Real time” not just moving around the map but all scenes and actions. You no longer select a button, 10 minutes pass instantly and you see the results. You can start working, then have someone come up and slap your ass, pass out, etc.
-Continuous Actions. You no longer need to repeat actions each turn, instead once something starts it will continue to do that action until it ends manually.
-Leading on from that, there is a new response system. Say someone goes to punch you, you can dodge or block. These come in 2 forms, automatic where the game does it for you when an action is immediate, say being punched. The other are interrupts, you actively choose these on your turn, to stop an opponent doing something.
-Initial setup of sandbox settings.
-New scene when sleeping in the homeless shelter with far too much money.
-New scene for Sasha the hairdresser
-New scat scenes.
-New enemy a Giant Moth!
-New areas within the city, currently very bare bones.
-UI changes for the quest menu. -When sleeping in a “safe” bed location, canteens auto fill. 

Art changes
-New main menu isn't the final product but in place to get UI fixes going. 

Bug Fixes
-Previous hotfixes.
-Beds in an orphanage.
-Canteens no longer turn into meals.
-Scenes print out text as intended.
-Cockroach chance to spawn for tutorial greatly increased.

Known issues
-On occasion the “Real time” system will print things out of order, or skip turns.

Sanity/Hypnosis
A big focus for this build included the development of the sanity and hypnosis system. These are still not in a state I'm happy with so are being pushed back. These are designed to alter what actions you can take, and mess around with the UI itself.

Writing
Moving forwards I've been able to get a lot of help from the community regarding the writing, this is for both scenes and the localisation. If you have any ideas, or also want to help, even just doing your own little scene feel free to reach out on the discord.

What's next?
Immediate steps will be focused on the Sanity and Hypnosis systems. This also comes with its own questline. This is already in development, and will probably be pushed as a hotfix in the coming days.
Mobile development will also be something I look into adding within the week. Again this is something I can only test via an emulator so results are mixed!
Following that a large focus will be the UI next build, things like sorting in the inventory, better map navigation etc.
Given time, I also want to continue working on the Sandbox settings, in particular the NPC settings.

Glad to hear it man, can't wait to dive back in and see the new systems implemented, one thing to read about them via devlogs and Discord and another to experience them. Will try to keep on thinking of ideas for new content on Discord when I have some free time, but for now congrats on clearing another hurdle.

Thanks! This one took a while longer that planned but for an overhaul Im happy with how it turned out. The fun part now of finding all those weird bugs
